I am originally from California and received my Bachelor’s degree from UC Santa Barbara in 2006. I arrived in New Zealand in 2008 for a “one year” experience. After deciding to live permanently in New Zealand, I pursued a career change to audiology and completed a Master of Audiology degree at the University of Canterbury in 2015.
I am very fortunate to live in the Bay of Plenty and can often be found at the beach with my husband and our giant dog. It is a pleasure to serve the people of Whakatane and I hope to have a positive impact on everyone who seeks help with their hearing. I enjoy educating people about hearing loss and demonstrating that hearing aids are not as daunting as someone might think.
